German 88mm ammunition

Post by silversurfer1947 »

Can anyone point me in the direction of 88mm ammunition - both unfired and empty cases? All I have found so far is the Aber 16012, which is 3 shell and a wooden box, for about £20. I was hoping for something cheaper. Resin or brass. There is a huge selection in 1/35, but when it comes to 1/16, zilch.

Richard, Hi,
Because there are over 300 pages I cannot bring to mind if the Shapeways site has them-
http://www.shapeways.com
If you have a bit of time it might pay you to give it a look.
Shaun.
I think I am about to upset someone :haha:

I bought these years ago and they look great - but sadly probably no longer available:

Good luck searching - you never know!

I had a look - they are still available, but there is no information as to how many shells in a single pack. 16.95 euros. Trouble is the indicated shipping costs are another 16 euros.

I've been using .17 HMR fired cases from one of my rifles. Their not super accurate but if your not looking for super detail they do the job. I've buckets full, if your in the UK let me know and I'll put a handful in the post.

I am in the UK and super detail is not essential for what I have in mind. It would be much appreciated. I will, of course, cover the cost of postage.

Don't worry about the postage, too much hassle for a few pennies. Message me your address and I'll pop them in the post.
