1 18 SCALE INDIANA JONES TRUCK AND STAFF CAR

Ive just put a bid on the staff car from hasbro, ive checked various military sites and found out its a Mercedes Benz KF4 i think.
Also the truck is a Merc as well. so these should go nice at the next battlefield day.
The vehicles are very toyish out the box well there designed for the kid in mind anyway. So im going to repaint it, weather it etc, will post pics once i receive it.
Price not too bad for a 1 18 scale, about £10 for the staffc ar and £15 for the truck.

click the "additional options" button at the bottom of the text window and click the browse button should open up windows "my pictures" choose your picture and hey presto piccies 

If more than one picture click the (more attachments) button/text line

Ok ive got it first shots straight out of box.
Now the model is loosely based on the Merc G5 that was a 4x4 vehicle used in the 30s by the Wehrmacht and was replaced by the cheaper to build Kubelwagen however they were used in WW2 as troop cars.

The other photos are my improvements. repainted german grey weathered, and removed the Roll bar that was there for the film

Ive just put an offer on the 1/18 German Motorcycle and figure form the last Crusade. These vehicles are great for dioramas and cheap too the Merc cost me £11.00p
Im going to buy the Merc truck next  my german army is growing guys, now we need someone to invest in allied armour.
Also to follow 1/18 KDF wagen Beetle staff car.
