I think I must be missing something here, can you explain why you need white ink when you have white decal paper?

Cheers

Is the palm tree white? If yes, what color ink would you use John and what color decal film? ???

For me, if I could get white ink I would print it on clear decal film. :'(

But if you know another way with your white decal film please tell  :-\

Try printing it with a dark background colour on white decal paper then cut away the dark colour leaving
the white palm tree decal.
