.."Aversion therapy uses the behavioral approach principles that new behavior can be 'learnt' in order to overcome addictions, obsessions or, as demonstrated in Kubrick film A Clockwork Orange, violent behavior.
Patients undergoing aversion therapy are made to think of the undesirable experience that they enjoy, for example, a violent person might be shown images of violent crime, or an alcoholic might be made to drink, while drugs or electric shocks are administered. In theory, the patient will, over time, come to associate their addiction with the negativity of electric shocks or seizures."
This, I've just cut and pasted from A Psychologist World
article. This could be applied to tank addiction maybe.
Thus: every time you look at a tank on Ebay, or rctank.de etc..you receive an electrical shock (possibly to the scrotum, for added effect..only if you're a bloke, of course).Or, you're forced to smell something really unpleasant like a week old kipper, or squaddies' ripe and matured sox.

Trouble is, most model tankers s are already accustomed to unpleasant shocks when surfing for new acquisitions like, for example, shouts of outrage from shoulder-
surfing wife or partner; also flames from the same when in 'dragon' mode,

or twinges of financial guilt- that the therapy probably won't work....
Now how much is that all metal Aeromate..
