Hello

Post by Tank78 »

Hello everyone.
I am new to the r/c and modeling world and look forward to detailing and driving my heng long bulldog. Bought it of eBay under stairs or repair. That doesn't bother me as I thought that would be part the fun.

Another Bulldog! I love it! I've done some pretty crazy stuff with mine. Ever seen one with quad .50s mounted on it? I also kept the regular hulltop so I can swap back and forth. As much as I love the IBU, the bulldog seems to work particularly well on the clark TK-22. At least mine does.

So where are you, and what needs to be done to your M-41? If you're stateside i may be able to help. I have LOTS of bulldog parts.
When FDR coined the phrase "The Arsenal of Democracy", he was talking about Detroit. Proud to live in the 2nd most violent city in America!!

Hi, Welcome to the Forum,
Great to see a Bulldog as a first build, Not enough room for my hands to work in which is why the smallest hull I have worked on is a Panzer 4.
I have no idea how ALPHA works on his 1/35 builds, :S
anyway any questions please ask, we will do our best to give you an answer.
Enjoy this place it can be fun as well as helpful.
Shaun.
I think I am about to upset someone :haha:

Cheers Stu. How big are your hands Shaun?? That does sound awesome max-u52.
There is a lot of work just to get it to run. Trying to find some spare segments for my metal track as one has broke. PainlessWolf pointed out that it might be the track being under to much tension. Which I have found out to be true. As I got it to run the track just kept on running off.
I have noticed a lot of play in plastic housing for the drive shift. Is this normal?
I Have started a build page which I will update soon. Need to empty my shed so I have room to work
