Leopard tracks on Challenger 2

Post by Tankbear »

Whilst I’m waiting for my Challenger 2 I’m doing some planning. Already I’ve also order the DKLM metal wheels and drive gear sprockets which accept the Leo 2 metal tracks, but does anyone know the if the tracks are longer or shorter on the Challenger 2?

Argh, was hoping it was remove as not certain where I safely put the spare links. Best start looking LOL

Good to know about the track fitting well to the sprockets.

Also order a DKLM metal recoil and elevation unit as looks nice a strong like rest of his stuff. But will be fitting that in the Leo2 first as the elevation is a bit juddery.

I've found the Tamiya 1/16th leopard 2 A6 track fit my Challenger 2 and have never had any problems. They are also better detailed than the HL tracks that you can get for their Challenger.
