I would like to introduce you the new counterweights for Tamiya M-51 Super Sherman, Tamiya King Tiger and Panther Tamiya and Tamiya Pershing.
This counter-weights can be screwed into the rotating tower rings.
These components eliminate problems that arise with the use of metal cannon barrels.

The weight of the tank turret is increased, the center of gravity is in the center and
under the axis of rotation.

the Tamiya-Js and the PzIV has the same turret-ring,this one can not fit.

Is there a problem with the JS turret??

Hello,

you understand the concept ....it is very important to have the weight deep under the recoil stay.

To put the weight in the back of the turret ist the wrong way!

I will order a turret-ring and make a master,but this can take a little time,but you can fix this later,there will be no problem.

The Tiger does not suffer from this? I have a metal barrel and muzzle break.

One thing I did notice is when elevating/depressing the gun the recoil motor fouls on the turret brace
