Zipper, yeah that !!
If only someone could modulate "Jessica Rabbit " !!!!!

The T is looking a lot better. The wash has bought it all together and once the dust, rust and brick debris is on, he should be close to the look of a well worn machine sitting outside the Reichstag

Herman,
It's a right beauty. Only thing I can tap you not to forget is the headlamp.

I have something close...she took a dive when I was doing my figure photo shoot so has to be retouched ...kind of hard since I can no longer get Tamiya paints ...which is what was used on all my figures....with that said though Herman...I think you would have really liked Cutey Honey ;)

That's because you did what you should have did in the first place....that is "Stick to your Guns" :haha: ....Nothing wrong with trying something new...but try ..try again...just like my figures...I still have the first one I ever airbrushed...I keep it to remind me where I came from...The finished kit is like night and day in comparison to the kits that followed...everyone has to start from a point...from there it's just a progression ...hopefully in a forward path ;) ... :haha:

A good example for you would be to look at your Jagdpanther....then compare it to your Stug...an almost two year progression :D from mildy grimy ...to totally engulfed :O

By the way Herman...don't think you ever saw the Anime version of IRIA
Image
Used Pearlesent additive on the white for modulation (doesn't show up well in the photo shot )...White has to be the hardest to do any kind of color graduation ;)

Yes Sir, that headlight has been a pain. I've looked at a lot of toy trucks, cars & all sorts, but no lenses that seem to fit the bill.
I would rather not have to buy one in, there must be something out there.
Worst comes to worst I will knock the damn thing off and put it down to battle damage !!

Just a suggestion....sand it down like you did with your others...and when you start meshing up the bed springs...shape a piece of mesh over the end of the TX antenna and glue that puppy on it ;) ....OR.......... Ping Pong Ball :D

So it turns out I suck at colour modulation !............I can live with that!
I will get better at it, if I need to do another one, credit where its due to those that can pull it off & make it look easy.
There is something about this one that gives me the right feeling, time will tell eh ;)

That there is what drives us all :D ....Nobody sucks at anything really...at one point maybe...but the ones who take the initiative to better themselves are the ones that succeed in the end ...and "that" applies to everything in Life ...not just in the world of Modelling ;)
