But you already knew that, being the first guy to post in the thread I did about it.
So far all I've done is install the IBU2 and paint the tracks. I haven't even installed any of the accessories. I'm thinking about getting a little crazy with a total repaint. She's all mechanically sound and ready to go so it's time to detail her. You may remember I have metal tools and mato has decent metal hatches. I picked up an extra accessory kit so I have the figures and dog unpainted so I can do them myself to try and avoid the googly eye syndrome. I also picked up a complete second hull top in IR. It's interesting that the IR top has more hatches that open than the airsoft top has.
So what do you have planned for yours? Will you repaint? The metal version doesn't really need any upgrades, unless you want to open hatches or something.
So here's my idea - When you decide what Stug you want to model we'll find another in the same unit and I'll do mine as that one. Kind of a dual build, two machines from the same outfit. We'll load the beer on yours and the cases of wine on mine. We can keep each other posted, and since we're not that far apart we can even trade parts back and forth if we want or need to. If ya want to, anyway.
