Pershing T-81 Tracks

Post by Roboticus_Prime »

I've been looking around for a set of these for quite some time now. Everything I have found has been either out of my preferred price range, or of questionable origin.

I know of places like Mitosal and the AAF museum, but I would like to know if there are other sources?

I can find things like this:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/1-16-M26-PERSHI ... R9kGuB00Qg

But, this sets off my do-not-trust flag.

Hey, I got an idea...

I got these a few years ago off the Kenny Kong site.

That's where you get kenny Kong tracks from. Your other option is impact which are better tracks IMO and the price difference isn't huge

Thanks guys!

I wasn't initially planning on getting a set. But, then my Sherman completely outclassed my Pershing's snow performance. They both weigh about the same, and the T49 tracks with duckbills on the Sherman, are pretty much the same width as the Taigen T84's on the Pershing. About the only big difference is the Pershing has a lower ground clearance, and I'm thinking the wider T81 tracks will help. Plus, they look better lol.

Roboticus,
I've heard of Hobby Summit and nothing bad yet. Looks like a good price on decent tracks. I may get a set of those for 'B-50'. Metal tracks would be sweet.

regards,
Painless
