Being in a different country may pose a problem trying to seek legal relief. His credit card company would be his best bet at recovery I would think.

Which is why I use PayPal and linked to PayPal is my credit union Visa card so if PayPal can't recover my money the Visa people will, if not my credit union will give my money back.

Hi, I have been asked that question before and my answer is often thought to be the act of a naive fool but we are all different and I will do what I have to do to save people from shysters who have no moral values and steal from others who are merely trying to have some innocent fun.
I and my family are in the fortunate position of being financially secure so that being ripped off gives me the choice of where to go next. If I secured a court ruling forcing "Tankzone" to reimburse my loss and the debt was paid in full I would have no lawful way of alerting others of this company's practices,
BUT until "TANKZONE" voluntarily pay me what they owe I can and will LAWFULLY alert others to the lack of trust that I feel for this company and its officers and the reason why.
I have no wish to bankrupt them otherwise I will not be able to get my money back, but I believe it is the duty of a citizen to warn others less aware about what I perceive to be underhand behaviour.

Hi guy's,

Each to his own and I do sympathise with anyone who has lost money with this seller but I thought it was worth sharing my experience with you all. On joining your ranks a few months ago I quickly set about trying to amass my own army ( up to nine now ) don't tell the misses :silent: I did read about this vendor on here so I also thought I would avoid them, I then went onto flea bay and ordered a kv -1 metal version with custom spray job, after ordering it and being the nosey parker that I am I went looking who the seller was and where they were based ( I know I should have really checked this before buying ) :{ but to my horror all the details lead back to TANK ZONE :O I could see the pound notes flying away before my very eye's, but 4 day's later my fears were squashed as a nice new gleaming tank turned up which I am over the moon with. I got bolder after this purchase and a few weeks later ordered a metal tiger 1 from them in a custom wooden box, this one did take an email from myself to them after no show on day 5 but then 2 days later it turned up. While I know this may be a good luck story for myself I can only say that I spent over £700 in a short space of time with them and was very happy with my tanks, this is just my personal view and is only meant as of my experience with them,

Best regards, Lee.
