Guys, thank you for all your supports. Now, I'm still waiting for the stuff to arrive. I only have the TX/RX as shown above now and they not enough to start getting hands dirty yet. I will keep posting once the stuff arrive and I expect them in 2 ~ 4 weeks.

My Pantiger is a 2014 production, and have 6 screws below it (two screws in the front, 2 in the middle and 2 in the rear). Anyway, as long as they are the same size, I'll try to make them fit. The upper hull costs RMB85 only. It worth a try.

(I cut the shackles and shackle holders away to make room for tracks to climb easier)

Clark is not available in China (or on taobao.com), and I don't know why. The nearest place to order is Thailand and it cost another USD30+ for shipping. I always try the lowest costs though may sometime end up most expensive. However, I gain fun while doing things, right? The worst thing is there are very few tankers here and only two shops that sell Heng Long tanks and they do not always have stock.

Steel, Clark is Taiwanese so until hell freezes over, it will never be available in China.

On the otherhand, would love to find out about this CS-TK-16 board. I have seen demos of it and also read the specs which is quite interesting, but it was in the pre-production I believe. If it comes with any kind of instrcutions/manuals please post them so we can have a read thru.

That's great that you have the new style lower. It will save you a lot of headaches. I didn't know they were still making the pantiger as late as last year. The Heng Long Tiger isn't bad at all, but the one weak spot is the idlers. I have a Heng Long tiger (the very early version) and the next thing in line for that tank is a henntec idler system. Right now it's still driveable but I really baby it because I know one of my idler posts is sub-par, but a henntec will cure that.

I am just thinking; why not order another lower hull, so I will have two running tanks though one for serious running and the other maybe for display? All stuff I have and will have are enough to assemble another tank!

Tiger I parts and components, just for your reference.

Look like I've been posting/replying to a wrong thread. The parts that I ordered have partially arrived, and I've done something with it.

So far the 360 turrets have been installed on the Leopard 2A6 and Pantiger. Tiger1 hulls not yet arrived, nor does the mighty CS-TK16. I hope all parts will arrive before the Lunar new year or there will be a long holiday before everything comes back to normal.

I have finished installing the track tensioner on the Pantiger, and this was quite challenging for newbie like me. I have to use big tools like electric drill and metal cutter. Here's what it looks like:

Today I've finished all the upgrades to the Pantiger. Here is what it looks like.
