I was thinking of this but I'm not sure how well the RPG grills will stand up to normal use.

I'll be doing a 1/16 version of my earlier 1/35 build:

I might add add on armour for the skirt, but other than that, and the usual upgrades, that's that. Not much work to do since the HL tank is basically just a desert version of wot I'm after.

Got one on pre order from haya uk, prob gonna leave it standard but add IBU2 pro and metal upgrades as they become available, will also paint it 2 tone camo ( NATO black/ NATO green) something like this-

Or maybe yellow/ black like this-

Will see when it hopefully turns up next week!

That's not yellow black. The two tanks in your post have the same paint scheme. It only looks different due to the lighting condition (and possibly paint batch - like there were different shades of olive drab used and given to the troops). The black has a bluish tint. Using Tamiya NATO Black would be appropriate. The green is more like olive green.

The second tank in your pic is 11B of the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards, the same tank I'll be doing when I get my Challenger sometime next year.
