Hey guys
I'm installing the V2 gearboxes in my Taigen M4, and it is my understanding that they don't fit without modification. Has anyone installed these before? Can you give me some pointers on what needs done? I really don't want to cause myself an expensive headache...
Thanks!

Stand by, Chase, Joe has done this already. I'll see if I can get you the video.
When FDR coined the phrase "The Arsenal of Democracy", he was talking about Detroit. Proud to live in the 2nd most violent city in America!!

I installed them in my Taigen M4 after reading a how to post by Pedoza on RCU. Pretty easy to do. The only modification that is required is to remove some material from the inside (left, looking from rear of tank) of the transmission cover.Roboticus_Prime wrote:Hey guys

It took about 20 minutes to accomplish due to the grind and test process. You do not want to punch a hole in that transmission cover so take it slow. Well worth the modification in my opinion.
