Gear removal on motors..best method?
Anybody have a best method for removing or moving those motor pinion/gears? I recall heating and having quite a time on a few
and always worry I am going to hurt something using too much force.

Re: Gear removal on motors..best method?
You need a pinion removal tool. Something like this that used to come with the Walterson gearbox or google search pinion removal tool.

George C. Scott quoting George S. Patton quoting George Bernard Shaw. Now that's very, very cool. I never knew the Shaw part. Good info.
