Wahoo !

Got my gun barrel today ....just so pleased that carson drew on a cad program and made for me

Chuffed to bits and so now I can get on and build :D

Just need a bit of small detail added round the fume extractor
and i will extend the lengh of the breach end to help with a recoil mount

Yes it i's big ..about the same as a m26 super pershing...
..I sat as I message working out how to make a recoil unit ..
I have some ideas but want to work out how to mount the barrel in a gun cradle
hmm mm

OH...but the machining is much much more complex...super nice there Mcevoyi :thumbup: ...Posted a link for you to browse on your other thread ;) ...The task of mounting shouldn't be a problem once you have some brass tube to play with ;)
