have you a close up of the plaque on the side of the tank, shown in IMG_007.JPEG
I presume it is a memorial plaque

Really great. I wonder if that Sherman was used by Fort Garry Horse during the Korean war?

Sorry, thought the one with the plaque would be readible but it isn't. I'll try and get down there in the next couple of weeks to get a closer pic. This tank is in front of a Canadian Legion....I want to go visit and see if they have any pics of this tank inside in service as well.

Ironically, to get in I'll have to get my (civilian) Dad to take me in on the membership he got as father to someone who served (me).

I could; had a membership to another legion but I never had time to go for the cheap beer and pool. So I didn't renew. I figure I'll re-join up when I'm older and have some free time.
