Should have gone to Specsavers?

Had my eyes tested last week, and decided to go for varifocals. Picked them up a couple of days ago, but ever time I looked through them I couldn't get anything in focus. Turned my head in every direction, but everything was always blurred. I put them back in the case and intended taking them back as they have a 30 day trial period on them.

Just got a phone call from the shop, the manager. Err, he says, we have two people with your name on our records, you both ordered the same frames, and we got them mixed up, can you drop yours back into the shop?

Should I have gone to Specsavers...well I did, and look what happened....
