The early ones in canvas bags are the DAK ones? Or is that another one?

I have decided to do a Tiger in a paint scheme that has never been modeled before....at least I never seen a Tiger painted in this scheme out of the hundreds I have observed in all scales on the internet. It will be a Tiger from SS Panzer Division Das Reich Russian front 1943. It will have the typical dark yellow, brown & green camo paint. The color profile can be found in Panzer Colors III page 79 I believe. Tamiya includes most of the decals I need. I will need however custom decals or a stencil for the numbers S33 on the turret & stowage box. The numbers should be red with a white outline.

Its the early one that comes with the black canvas bag. The model was manufactured in 2000.

This unit had two Tigers numbered "S33" at different times.
The first one doesn't have the same kind of turret bin as your model. But this is the one with the paint scheme that you described.
The other one was a second-hand Tiger and was pretty beaten-up when they got it.

I know that the very first few Tiger's that rolled off the assembly line had different turret bins. They were mounted on the side of the turret itself on both sides. If memory serves me correctly, I saw a DAK Tiger I with what looked like a Panzer III type of turret bin on the rear. I was not aware of S33 having a different bin than the standard one off the production line. Panzer Colors III color profile of my tank shows the regular bin. There is also a black & white photo, although not clear, showing the rear of S33 with what looks like the standard bin. Any clarification or reference photos you have would be appreciated. I am grateful to anyone who has any knowledge of this machine.
