How tidy is your cabling??
Hi all - is there a thread showing your cabling inside your 1/16 tanks?
I would like to see how you've routed your cables!
Especially your Tamiya Tiger/King Tigers please!

Re: How tidy is your cabling??
The answer as far as I am concerned to tidy cabling is "CABLE TIE's"
Just bring together those cables that work in concert such as all the gearbox cables or all the cables to/from the receiver and so on and tie those together, very soon you will find you have more space in the hull than you imagined,
I have written about this before but you might have missed it, "VELCRO"
E-BAY has a lot of dealers selling "VELCRO" in different sizes, work out the size of the base of all the major fittings in the hull that sit on the floor,
Glue a female strip of it to the piece of equipment and the male equivalent to the hull floor where it usually fits, and you will never need drill the hull floor and you can take out bits and pieces without any headaches.

Re: How tidy is your cabling??
Thanks. I have reorganized my cables so many times already and yet I'm still not happy!
I've moved to using a single 4000mah lipo in my Tiger and that frees us a lot of space (especially since my lipo goes in on its side because it's too wide to flat down) but I'm still not happy how my cables are done.
I'll do a photo tonight and will post here.

That looks nice Brian!
Why does your speaker look different. That's not the standard speaker that came with Tamiya is it?

Hi MF,
It's a vistaion FRS7 8ohm 15 watt you can get them on eBay. I got 10 of them. There about £7.00 each. Very good sound very clear. I always fit them now there so much better. I'm a bit mental about my wires being tidy if anything goes wrong and it's the wiring you can see strate away where the problem is. Brian...

It's the turret wires in the Tamiya's that give me trouble, especially that large flash cable and the TBU cable.
