I'm late to the party again Gary, Welcome to the forum. From past experience, you will be an asset here as well.

Just practicing. Gotta learn this stuff somehow.

OK, get the image first, then come back here and insert. That's backwards from the last forum I was on, but I'm OK with that. As long as I know the rules.
Need more practice.

OK, I like this. Wish I could browse from the PC, though. So what about video? Link only, or can I post them like photos?

Can I still plead new guy status and get away with this kinda crap in this thread? I still haven't got the rules figured out about where to post what yet. Like what about the upcoming work to the Opel Blitz? The show off board, maybe? Maybe I should be posting this stuff on the questions board?
Old Hippies can be easily confused by new rules and technology.

When FDR coined the phrase "The Arsenal of Democracy", he was talking about Detroit. Proud to live in the 2nd most violent city in America!!

Max, you got a nice "little" playground there for your tanks ! I love the Duster idea ! Brilliant.
Re: Just Joined RCTW
Hey, glad you like it. If you ever come across the Ambassador Bridge you can stop and check it out for yourself.
I feel a bit dumb, but I don't get the Duster part. Duster?

Looking good Gary! I just picked up a T5i so I can have some video capabilities. And yeah, I would say the showoff or general discussion.
Re: Just Joined RCTW
Duster - common name for the M42? Bulldog chassis with AA guns...
Re: Just Joined RCTW
I had never heard it called a Duster before, but I don't think this tank ever actually existed. I think they did one with twin 20mm guns but never a quad .50 version. This one is a paper panzer and as far as I know it never actually existed. I was just goofin' around trying to figure out posting photos and I thought some of the guys might get a kick out of my little fantasy tank. If you're familiar with Rex Ross, he had a lot to do with this project.

Hey Ryan, glad you got the T5i, now maybe I can figure out why it takes so long to upload video from the T5. Have you figured out posting videos here? Is it like RCU, or can you only post links to youtube?RMD Photography wrote:Looking good Gary! I just picked up a T5i so I can have some video capabilities. I think a lot of my stuff will probably end up on the show off board. That's one thing I liked about RCU, it was all one forum. I'm thinking all these different boards are gonna get confusing for an old hippie.

Now if I can get the video thing sorted out I'll be all set. I'll start with the box opening for the Blitz, and once I get this figured out I can stop goofin' around here and get down to some serious tankin'.
Anyone care to explain that for me?
