8.8 cm barrel which one is accurate?

Looking at Taigen Tiger I and let's say a Torro KT.. the Tiger I barrel looks thicker..which is more
accurate?

Taigen, H/L, heck all of them have the 88 for the Tiger in its recoiled position, meaning its too short. The King Tiger to my knowledge does not suffer from this mistake.

As for which 88 is correct in dimensions they both should be correct. The 88 main gun on a Tiger is NOT the same 88 on a King Tiger they're different guns which is why the King Tiger existed at all. The Tiger had an L56 88mm main gun, the King Tiger had an L71 Main gun.

Hi they are different guns the tiger 1 as a KWK 36 and the King tiger has a kwk 43.They are both 88mm calibre but are different lengths and outside diameter's are different ,the longer barrel is bigger because of the pressure of the gun fire longer barrel higher pressure greater range and higher speed of projectile.

Oh I know not the stubby version but the fully extended Taigen version of the Tiger I seems thicker. Both being
88mm I just wondered if the L/56 actually looks that way in comparison to the L/71. A little tricky trying to see them in pictures and I never had the chance to see them both in person. Thanks!
