Hi all
Thanks to all who came on Friday and helped setup, Saturday and Sunday was great with a lot of intrest in the Tanks ( the poor old kiddies RC tanks are just about worn out ) I'm afraid Monday was a bit of a washout But we kept the indoor static going till Dinner when the organisers called it a day and thanked everyone for coming. We have a definite invite to next years event. On behalf of the club and myself A big thank you to Dave and Julie from ForgeBear Tanks for all their support during the weekend, I don't think any of us finished the weekend with out bad backs, poor knee's and sore throats from the questions, but we still had a big grin on our faces at the end
As soon as I find my camera I'll upload some photo's from the event.

this was a fun weekend. thanks to all that made the long trips from all over the place to be with us on the day. lots of repair work to do as the the smaller tankers that had a go enjoy themselves. but it took its toll on some of the tanks . no harm done but good to see a heap of happy faces
many thanks to all dave and julie

I think that is the flattest best prepared battlefield I have ever seen at a show?? You did a great job there. I had been looking forward to this event ever since Yorkshire, but after spending two weeks trying to find accommodation within 15 miles of the place, and drawing a total blank, I had to call it a day, I would have camped but it soon became apparent that the weather was going the wrong way. I would have been washed out.

Hopefully next year will see me better prepared and the weather will be kinder. I love the shows, they are the best way to spend a weekend in my book.
