M50 tamiya sherman

Post by tomhugill »

Hey folks, I've finally finished her, there is a build thread here:

viewtopic.php?f=21&t=14021

I've gone for a period Sinai grey which is 50/50 tamiya dark yellow and buff with a little bit of medium grey added to taste. She uses an IBU2 with tamiya KV-1 sounds. There is a tamiya battle system with the emitter hidden in the spot light.

Tom,
Good afternoon. I especially like the turret detail and all the work you put into the spotlight\emitter. Paint and weathering are spot on as always.
regards,
Painless

Adding a bit of human interest to my m50, not quite finished (need to dig out some more reference pics for the details) but you get the idea! Just need to paint his hatch now! Figures an interesting mongrel, the body is a pziii dak crewman and the head is a Russian tanker from heikkes modellbau.
