Just been looking on the web to see if there are any Tamiya Leopard 1A4,s about!! Found (2). In the good old UK. How much !! £499.99 . What are tamiya on. whatever it is I'll have some. . This is the R.R.P for a static kit. The static Type10 is only £399.00. Talk about ripping us off. Any one got any thoughts on this????. Brian...

You think tamiya tanks are expensive look at their trucks and trailers hundreds for them plus £200+ if you want the light and sound electronics. Luckily their hold the resale value a lot better than their tanks at the moment.

Tamiya prices have ALWAYS been insane this is nothing new. I remember when I was growing up a 1/24 model car from Revell or Monogram or AMT was like $4.99 and a 1/24 model car from Tamiya was $29.99. Guess what I never bought?

Yep there prices are very high they go UP year after year sometimes by 10% no wonder shops and web outlets get stuck with kits. I remember when Dragon came out with there 1/35 Tiger 1,s in the UK they sold for £20 look at them now. Brian...
