2.4 radio gear ..?

2.4 radio gear ..?

Hello im building a scratch late tiger 1, do you have any suggestions for radio gear. Im thinking rx18 2.4 but i dont like the way the tank jolts when firing, any reasonable packages or second hand gear you might know of ?. Thank mg

What is your budget? An ibu base is £99.

Yes i would like the recoil in the barrel not the tracks budget is small though, can the henglong rx18 2.4 accomadate a recoiling barrel and ignore the track jolt. Very nice build it must have the 5.1 motors fitted yeah.

Yes Tom your right about the base price of the IBU2 but he will also have to factor in the price of a Transmitter and receiver and that's going to be another £50+ :thumbdown: shaun

Sorry i realise this should be in electronics section, is it difficult to mate up the ibu2 to any receiver and transmitter ie can i do it at home etc or does the supp,ier of the ibu need to do it

You can get a 4 channel 2.4 radio from hobby king for £30 ish

I sell the IBU2 Base complete with 6 channel 2.4ghz radio already setup and configured to the IBU2 for £129.

Does it have slot for barrell recoil and does it still have the shitty track jolt, thanks for help
