Duxford 2015
Partly to explain why I haven't been up to much on my Normandy Tiger 1 of late, here are some pics of my boys latest models at the MAFVA Nationals at Duxford last weekend.
Sadly the Military vehicle show wasn't happening this year, but it was the 50th anniversary of the MAFVA competition and I'm glad to say that Hector (now 12) and Arthur (10) did as well as last year: Gold, Silver, Bronze and Very Highly Commended for all their dioramas.

It was a great day out quite apart from the medal success! Lots of RC tanks in 1/16 and 1/6 (anyone from this group?) and we also got to tour the workshop where a number of 1/1 scale vehicles were being repaired (including a White scout car).
