wobbly wheels
Hi guys, hope you can help me .I stripped my King Tiger about a month ago ready for a 're- spray, and I have upgraded to metal gearboxs and tracks. When re-fitting the rear idler sprocket, there seems to be an enormous amount of play. The idler was fitted with its pin and the washer, but if you pull and push it,it moves by about 3 or 4 mm.I don't think I've assembled it wrong,is there supposed to be that much play????.Any help would be appreciated,Regards.

What lower hull are you running? Can you post pics? If you have Toro I'll do what I can to help you.
Re: wobbly wheels
Hi,jackalope.I removed the metal sprocket again and compared it to the original plastic sprocket, and found that the fixing screw goes too far into the centre hole,on the plastic version there is a brass bush on top of the bearing,on the metal version there is no bush and the pin goes further down.I've put the plastic ones back on for the time being until i figure a way round it.The chassis is a Heng Long.Regards.
