Not sure I would do it that way for one thing the Mrs would kill me for using her pyrex....

Like you say the original ones are rubbish.

Even changing them to branded speed 400 motors makes a massive difference.

Bit off topic is this video as showing off the IBU2 speed controls. But this tank has JP 400 motors installed.

Ordered 4 of these motors for my Tiger and King Tiger builds, also another IBU2 with sound system upgrade can't wait for Friday to send Ian the money and get this stuff! Now I just have to find one of those pinion press things, guess I'll be asking my local hobby shop.
