You may find that you have no choice but to buy from Tankzone in the UK. Clark granted exclusive distribution rights to a dealer in each country, part of that agreement would be that they will not sell to anyone in a territory in which an authorised dealer already exists.

They risk losing their dealership if they do as they will have broken the terms of the agreement.

Granting Tankzone a deal has arguably cost Clark dearly, I do know that the UK was his smallest market globally, I don't know if it still is. It's a crying shame all round, a dealer with a respected reputation would have sold loads of them.

ROB I was afraid of that, but I tried EDPANZER's tip, and lo and behold they took my money and promise delivery within 5 days.
So BOO SUCKS to TANKZONE >:< and thanks to EDPANZER     shaun
Perhaps CLARK would like to ask me why I will not buy their product from TANKZONE? I would be pleased to tell them. shaun

I think the whole TankZone exclusive thing is completely blown out of proportion as there has been a number of so called exclusives with Clark, but as far as I know, anyone will ship anywhere as long as they have stock.

Hi guys,

I have in the last 6 months bought items direct from Clark's, he had no problem shipping them direct to the UK, very reasonable on shipping, arrived in a week.

Hey Shaun,

With Clark it's pretty much buy from who you like or direct.... Check with Mark at OZARMOUR when he is getting some back in stock. His prices are good, (Aus dollar exchange is favourable) shipping is reasonable and Mark is one of the good guys! :-)

I have been thinking about TANKZONE having exclusive rights to selling CLARK boards in the UK, and I cannot help thinking that such an agreement must be against the EU's trading regulations where any kind of monopoly is banned,
After all the whole concept of the EU is "Free trade within the EU".
Now you are not to be swayed in who you vote for in tomorrows election having learnt this bit of information :shh: :haha: shaun
