henglong m26 pershing

I bought a metal pershing and the track sprockets are metal but the middle that keeps the track in place are made out of plastic. my question is that if all henglong tanks are like this or did the ebay vendor robed me? also the extra parts box the accessories where all in bags and not on there molded frames they usually come in.
