Re: Technical challenge
One thing at a time... I will get the Co2 rig running first, a flame tank would be way off
will all the left over Heng long parts I have I could make a couple of simple tanks to chase after
just hit it until it stops

Re: Technical challenge
Damn it another failed attempt at the Co2 cannon
the valve set up I have is just not smooth enough its either open or closed valve and uses way to much Co2 ..... so this is on hold until I can source a new valve setup, and I am fed up of having a tank in bits that I can't use so I will use what I can and get it up and running..
I still do not like the airsoft set up its to toy like
but I have reused the origial unit and made it a whole bunch better so far I have managed to mill out a new barrel that fits 4.5mm steel ball bearings with a 4.6 mm barrel, it is very snug and smooth and almost air tight, a slight mod on the air breach and it will launch at about 25 ft now with a level flight path
the issue I am having is the ball bearings are smaller than intended for this HL unit and two fall into the breach at the same time
I made a channel for the BB's to flow down but I cant find a way for it to load one at a time. I cant make the breach smaller by fitting an insert as the breach plug wont fit??
New barrel on right (befroe breach plug saddle was tapered out)
Here is the new BBs in place lined up ready to go....but likeI say two fall in at once.... ,ight be late in the day but I am all out of ideas

Re: Technical challenge
I did try that almost exactly like the way you pointed out
but the depth of the chamber is also an issue, there is so much room that two plop down in the hole on top of eachother....the cannon is really good now with range and power but its just this last bit that needs tweeking
