StugIII gun traverse/elevation speeds

StugIII gun traverse/elevation speeds

I'm using an IBU2 and looking to config the speed of the elevation and traverse of the main gun. I know these were manual, but I'm struggling to find how quick, they could get it moving. I'm sure there must be a refference somewhere to how quick you can get the gun from -10 degrees to +10 traverse?
