Regardless of the electrical issues the one feature we all need to consider a safety shut off for low fluid. This has caused every smoker designed to fail.

Because my 1/6th scale units is so large the problem would be easier to resolve,lets work on this issue and see if together we can't solve this problem.

Ive been using the ground side of the heating element as a means to stop power when fluid is low,a simple float valve which "breaks" the ground connection when fluid is low. The problem is motion of the tank,as it will be a 45 days before the current Build is ready for testing.

Any thoughts guys?
