Torro M16 Half track Disassembly

I have a Torro M16 Halftrack that I want to add the Elmod board to. I need to remove the deck plate to access the electronics, but the rack of ammo drums that sits behind the driver is blocking what I believe is one of the deck's mounting screws. It looks like I have to pry it off, but I'm not sure if there's a trick to this, or not. I don't want to snap the wall that it's mounted on. Does anyone have any experience with this?

From memory, it just pulls off.

The radio lifts right out, but the ammo drums are attached really well. They seem to be cemented on.

Some "gentle" persuasion may be needed, i think it depends who was on the glue gun at the time !!
