Tamiya 56007 adding sound

another nooby type question

can someone tell me or redirect me to a thread that shows what can be done to add a sound board to
Tamiya KT porche turret with DMD 56007

ie can you just buy an MF unit and plug it in ?
(From reading other threads I believe that making the turret rotate is not easy because of the
difference in shape with the Henschel (spelling ??) turret so the standard parts cannot
just be purchased and used)

sometimes it seems to me Tamiya take 2 steps forward and one big one backwards
56007 is twin motor and dmd but with not turret rotation at all

You need new electronics. You ant add an MFU to the old DMD unit

that is basically what I wanted to know
still trying to decide what I want to start out with 1/16 and where to go once you have it

I like the older version with with turret rotation and the strobe unit too
