Re: Scratch and Dent Special
I have no idea Ed, hoping someone will reply who's done it before. If I cut the plastic, the latch would be hanging in mid air and would be weakened in my opinion. Lets see who replies.edpanzer wrote:Them grills look good do they cover or do you cut the plastic out?
PS Torro has installed photo etch on top of the plastic on my King Tiger.

Re: Scratch and Dent Special
They are just sitting there, not glued yet. Did you cut the plastic grill away before you installed them or lay them on top of the plastic grills. Thank you.spongehoobtank82 wrote:Well I attached mine before I painted the tank, but as you have already I would just spray them in the the base coat an weather them up abit mate!

Re: Scratch and Dent Special
Just an update to my Tiger 1. Photo etch grills, metal tools, and Aber aerial have been added.

This one is pretty much complete until I get comfortable with my weathering skills. Thanks for all of the help everyone.

Re: Scratch and Dent Special
Good work there. I learnt a bit there too.
Tiger 1. KV1, T34/85 and PkzIII all by Heng Long, painted and moded by me. It's fun and tricky stuff.
