Hi if your tank is 2.7. It's the cheap way to get rid of the track recoil.some things you have to do if your ok with soldering wires it just makes since to use the old setup till it worn out I still have 4 old 2.7 tanks and gave them a whole lot more life ... Could I use the MFU from one of those in my Torro KT and if so, what difference will it make, aside from removing track recoil?
Hi you can have twin sound run lights power other motors what ever your inspiration can go .rayzzer-b wrote:[quote="n you (or anyone else) tell me more about this mod? Wouldn't it be cool if you could combine the crystal unit with the digital....putting two 2.4s in one tank just seems like a wastestrmnd54 wrote:rayzzer-b wrote:you (or anyone else) tell me more about this mod? Ok! I'm the one who came up with the idea of the twin RX-18 to cancel the track recoil back in 2011: viewtopic.php?f=33&t=7614
I believe that the same thing can be done with 2 Taigen 2.4 Ghz boards:
- First, make sure that both boards are connected to the power supply and bind to the transmitter.
- Then, on the first board; connect everything except the motors...
- On the second board; connect the motors only...
The track recoil on the Taigen board is triggered by the sound of the main gun and the sound of the main gun is triggered by a switch mounted in the back of the recoil or air-soft system, but since that switch is connected only to the first board; there shouldn't be any recoil from the second board...![]()
So if you have 2 Taigen boards, give it a try...
