Happy New Year to you all.
Thanks for the warm welcome and response to my boxes. Sorry I have been busy as you say. I started an Instagram account and been playing with that a bit. Posting some model stuff there too. Have a look for @busymodeler if you use Instagram.

I have been doing some work on my 1/16 RC T34 and Tiger. Will get back to my Panzer III and my KV1 when I have time.

I am making bases in 1/16 and now some 1/35 scale as well. 1/16 seemed so sparse in my searches. I cast everything in a hard Barnes resin, in a mid grey; boxes too. They seem easy to paint, which was my goal and of course I had to test them all. I thought a lot of RC tankers would like to place soldiers around the field, so my bases would be attached to your figures for ease of setup and bring the battle some life.I hope to sell some if anyone's interested.

As for the locks, that was hard!! There were a lot of prototypes to get the look and make them reproduceable. The boxes were all built in plasticard an some metal. Scribbing a woodgrain into them too. Handles came out ok I think. I am working on a good German fuel barrel. I'm not quite happy with it yet.

Here are my some parts of my two of my RC tanks. Still working on the weathering though. I hope you like them. Next time I won't take so long to return to your site.
Tiger 1. KV1, T34/85 and PkzIII all by Heng Long, painted and moded by me. It's fun and tricky stuff.
