Hi Mike will do. Got problem with recoil unit .. :/ so a dismantle job Think it's micro switch but we will see :silent: have a good one

OK...Now you have me green with envy Ray ;D ...didn't know you had an IR HL :problem: ........ :D

Rayzzer,
Now that is one sharp Sherman! ;o) I love the lived in look with all of the stowage and the frame welded to the turret side for packs. A beautifully built tank.

Hi Mike.. Well it not start out IR. it was totally rebuilt it has my usual mods to the electronics running twin M.F.Us and my fan smoker .like I say fired it up today and the turret and recoil unit dead glad it not finished yet so take it apart an see.. :wtf: Have a good one

thanks painless got a few running problems but im still working on it the look as you say I think has turned out ok :thumbup: regards Ray.

Looks really good! I got the HL Sherman from the missus at Christmas as my first RC and I'm looking at things like stowage at the moment. I'm still in the "daren't do anything that might ruin the expensive tank" stage so I'm not looking at weathering etc just yet but I really like the appearance you've created here.
What did you use for the rope? I've had one failed attempt using 1.5mm jewellery chord- damn stuff wouldn't bend! I've got an order in for 1mm elastic cotton so I'm hoping this will do the job.

Good Morning,
If there is a craft shop nearby, look for something like this in 1.5mm. It will need tinging to color but a paint wash on a brush works great for that.
