I caught the :lolno: but I just thought I'd post up a link to the stuff and let you guys know that I have tried it in the mud as well and it does a great job there as well. Today its 32 to 34 degrees and is hailing, sleeting, and raining and my yard is a mud pit after the snow being melted and my 3 Huskies running and playing in it. My King Tiger just runs though it all!

I have found that the side fenders are taking quite the beating inside! Ice, packed snow, small rocks, and dirt are grinding the fenders from the inside like sand paper where the tracks are covered. I guess if they are ground all the way though I'll just remove all of the fenders. Still can't believe the amount of gouging on them! :wtf:

Check the inside of the wheels as well. My King Tiger ended up with some small stones jammed in between the two metal discs and I had to unscrew them to get some of them out as I was worried about them deforming or pulling the threads out of the screw holes.

There is an upside to things getting jammed into the running gear...as it adds just that little touch of realism ...I've had thin dried branches get sucked in...about the equivalent of a small tree...it's interesting how that will affect how the tank steers and runs :D

Bill runs Tamiyas Jack...the wheels are different from any other brand :D

Might be different to the Tammy ones but the gaps between the wheel discs should be the same. On the Tammy there are 3 screws per wheel which screw all the gubbins together. Good and bad design all in one package.

Nope mine are one solid piece with a brass bushing press fit inside the steel with a steel axle pin no rocks get stuck in there.

I have noticed the idler wheels do tend to get leaves and all sorts of crap stuck in them but it doesn't hurt anything.

Wait till you get a KV :haha: ...it has a brush guard for the drive sprocket... doesn't work for beans...catches all kinds of rubbish...if you don't clean it out...the rubbish acts like brakes :lolno:
