I have now 2 tamiya full option tanks a KT and a Pershing what I would like to do is find a Rx/Tx setup which I could run both my tamiya's on so just having one Tx and 2 Rx's ( one for each tank) I have looked with the search option but just can't seem to find an answer so any help or pointers as to what you use and how hard was it to set up ? Would be great and thanks in advance.sorry if this has been asked a few times I just can't find it or I'm asking the wrong question cheers Horses

I use a Specktrum DX6i. There are two versions though, 1 doesn't have a spring loaded left stick Y axis (the one I bought it turns out but I got used to it). Can store up to 10 rx, easy to program, can use it for helicopters and planes as well (it's really an RC plane tx).

It's easy to set up the rx with it, the only challenge comes with programming because they have digital trims so the functions need to programmed in so it uses the buttons/switches. Not sure how that works on the Pershing because I don't have one but I do have the King Tiger.

Billpe no programming needed you just calibrate the DMD so the fire stick only goes to 60-70% travel. This negates use of trims (or adjust the end point adjustment to 120%).

Horses mines setup like this so you just need to bind and it should work off the bat. If not give me a call and I can walk you through the calibration proceedure

I didn't think of that. Probably should have spent more time with the manual. Still not properly programmed it in for my Leopard 2.

I might take you up on that in person Tom if I brought both across one day when you have some time we could set them both up any idea on the RX as I have this one

Will this do the job or would I need a different RX ?
