Issues with Tamiya KT

Hi chaps, reconfiguring the channels on the receiver worked. The recoil is also fixed as the metal plate wasnt making the micro switch and shutting it off on the return stroke.

All i have left to sort out is the rubbish turret rotation, metal tracks slipping on the drive sprocket and for some reason the tank does not shut down when the transmitter is switched off?

I also want to add a quick charging jack and relocate the on off switch.

Not sure its possible to turn it off from the tx. I don't think it can do it. If the tracks are slipping I assume you're using the stock idler? If so I'd replace it, its not designed for the weight of metal tracks and won't hold the tension by design. The mountings are fine but replace the drum and axle with the shumo version. Its pretty much the only item that needs replacing.
