I like the Sherman..... the Sherman is a open book, the thing with a Sherman, I bet you could fabricate one thinking this is artistic licence at its extreme ? then low and behold up pops a picy of something as near as damitt...wot wot ....
ONE IS! I think out of any of the members... no one has build as many variants with so much confidence...too bad you sold off some of your others...I was always impressed by them :D

A very smart looking sherman with an urban camo scheme.

But you are correct Saxondog camouflage and intelligent concealment are vital to the protection of crew and assets.

Yes. There are now 3 Sherman types available in ww2 configurations. The HL is the most easily used as starting point for just about every variant built after the d day invasion started the USA's involvement on continental Europe fighting. and the rounded cast upper hulls that are now becoming available from Mato parts suppliers allow one to make just about any Sherman type they want without having to pay a fortune for a Tamiya howitzer as a starting point. With a little help from Aquila's offerings.
Being an American I would like to build as many US variants as my time and pocket book allow. My next try will be a jumbo I think but I have to get the pocket book filled first.

GOOD LUCK Giant :haha: :haha: Trying to build every variant of Sherman ....might send me to the poor house :haha: :haha: ...Seriously it's a admirable goal though...The Sherman is one fun tank to build and if you are going to do a Jumbo...try pming Sassgrunt....he's currently doing one...had to do a bunch of things for the Aguilar hull to merge...not sure of the details..but yeah..he said he had to do a number of things ;)
