A flat piece of brass was used to make the hinges. I heavily score the brass in two places to make it easier to fold on a line, much like PE brass kits are done. Then I took the folded piece, and simply held in on a dremel disk to shape it. The rest of the pieces look simple enough but let me know if you've got any questions. My offer of sending the stock for free to do it yourself stands.

Today's labor:
The starter box, or whatever it's called, glued on and the shield mounts soldered together and then glued on. Also test fit the shields with the bolts I'll be using to attach this mess, same way I did the side mud flaps.


I may do some painting before I permanently attach those shields. It will be difficult to paint those exhausts once the shields are on!
