Re: IBU2 Specification
Hi
Any chance of getting the manuals for both boards? Not too sure if the PM's are working as something seems to be stuck in my mailbox...is yours full and not taking any new messages?
If you can spare the time, could you highlight the differences between the base and Pro versions, and let me know the details for the included tx. Eg extra receivers etc. I am guessing it is similar quality to the Planet?
Re the IBU sounds, are these the same on the Base & Pro versions?
How does the recoil operate on the base version, does it use the HL unit, or is there a servo option?
Cheers
Rob

Re: IBU2 Specification
Hi Rob,
The extra with the Pro version is
Servo traverse output and programmable for speed, direction and 360 servos
Serve elevation output and programmable for speed, direction and 360 servos
Supports 8-10cell NiCd-MiMH batteries with low voltage protection
Supports 3S LiPo batteries with low voltage protection
If using a 5 channel radio. Channel 5 fives user 2 custom sounds to trigger from channel 5 switch
If using a 6 channel radio. Channel 5 switch starts & stops engine. Channel 6 using a rotatory knob provides 3 custom sounds
The radio I’m offering is a FlySky 6 Channel 2.4Ghz and receiver.
Sounds are same on both except the Pro comes with extra 3 sounds. The sounds need to be 8bit 22khz and no larger than 1mb to play so quite easy to create your own sounds using some free audio software package.
Both the Base & Pro have the standard HL/Taigen wiring for the recoil and airsoft, plus Tamiya recoil socket, and servo socket. The Tamiya recoil time, servo fire time, servo return time and direction can all be changed by the user.
Ian.
