HL Leopard 2A6 IR Emitter Placement???

If anyone here has set an HL Leopard 2A6 up for IR, I would be interested to know where and how you mounted the IR Emitter.

I received an answer on another forum from YHR, thanks.

This is how it needs to be installed to maintain the 9mm recess from the front of the tube, required by ours, and other clubs.

Normally I prefer a more discrete installation but sometimes tank configuration does not cooperate, I could live with this one.

I have posted this here in case it helps someone else that reads this thread that has the same question I did.

Glen, you can also use the targeting system which is the box on the top of your picture as well and the IR can be recess there for the required 9mm. I have completely clear mine and actually put in a camera lens in there for the Devo FPV set-up.

I will probably bring my FPV set-up next week to the meet so I can show you there.
