New Sherman issue / problem

Hi all,

Here's my two penneth, HL quality control must be none existant in July this year I purchased the HL Leopard 2A6, the tank works fine but there were several bits missing from the battle tank accessory box, not t the sellers fault as box was still sealed, he sent me missing parts via mail service.

Another recent purchase was Taigen Panzer 1V, with exactly the same problem, bits missing from accessory box, again still sealed, different seller.

It leaves a bad taste in the mouth, lots of e-mails to and fro, to finally get it sorted.


Come on HL/Taigen get a grip sort it out, we only want what we pay for.

Howes have offered to fix this issue if I can send it back to them.

Should they provide a courier or is it really up to me to sort out?

They should provide a courier. You shouldn't loose out to get a working product.

A while back they sent me a faulty Pershing, a courier came the next day picked the tank up, I received a new one the following week, I did not have to pay for anything and nor should you..same company you should receive the same service......

Merlin might I suggest that when next you speak with Howes that you say" On the advise of MEMBERS OF RC TANK WARFARE I should ask for you (HOWES) to collect the broken product" They know who we are and that we are watching how your problem is resolved, they have a good reputation and of course do not wish to lose it. shaun

Thanks for the advice guys I'll ring them back up in the morning.

I was hoping that would've been your responses as I don't want to be out of pocket.

It's just a shame it's not working as I've got lots of extra parts that I bought from Forgebear and some others off eBay to help spice this tank up.
