I have seen Fury yesterday evening and I think that it is a very good movie!!!!
The actions with tanks are very impressive and the battle with the Bovington' s tiger is excellent ( pity it does not last long). One regret, it was not there other German tanks like panzer IV, or panther...
The end is knightly hollywoodienne..., but this movie must be seen.

Looking forward to buy the dvd or blueray... :D
Sorry for my spelling mistakes, I try to do better every day...

For the record, the only 2 films or real Tigers roll are:

Theirs is the Glory (1946). There has even panther in the 35th minute.

For Tiger, that is here. It is a question of an early prod.

Thank you to Bovington' s museum!!!!

The second having used a Tiger in 1950 and the title is: They Were not Divided.

That makes 64 years that a true Tiger wasn 'appeared in movies !!!

I think I have to agree with they're review, pretty spot on.

I did find it funny when I was reading the reviews on it the day after I saw it I came across one from a German reviewer who labeled the meal scene and bedroom visit as a "rape scene" and said no children were ever hung for refusing to fight nor even made to fight at all yet history sure proves that incorrect! :haha: The reviewer said that he didn't like the way the German people were portrayed, but I thought the civilians were portrayed as normal civilians and the Nazi's were portrayed as Nazi's.

But I guess no one would like to know their grand dad would be judged as a "bad guy" by the whole world and the fact that grand mom could be had for a pack of cigarette's or a chocolate bar I'm sure isn't that nice of a thought either.

War is hell and WWII was one of the most hellish there has been.
