took you a while tom ...... so there we have it Brian, no pun or ulteria motive behind it, but I did it because I am hoping I can do this cast hull to the pic I have of a early m51 radial with a late cast hull not by general steel ........will keep you posted .....[just ordered my christmas box with her indoors blessing can you guesse what it is ?]

Yep did ask on here if any one had one for sale no come backs so far.
so went on AXLE site he's doing them for 399€ that's £360 witch is good. Wife getting for my Xmas present . Getting all the bits around me for my M4A3E8 build of the tank in FURY. Brian...

Not bad at all! Still holding out for a cheap second hand one. But I've made a full inventory of my projects and what stands out is I need to finish what I've got!

Hi All,
Just an update on my build. Today I made the 4 turret rollers and the main gun trunnions. Just incase my parts don't turn up tommrow!!. Can't do the the rest for obvious reasons but get some bits made. All casting numbers now on. Frame made for rear stoage bin. That's about it for now.hope the parts turn up at Daves tomorrow

Hi All,
Well seams we're on the last lap of my M51 build so tomorrow will start mixing my paint getting all the electrics in and tidy final run check. Might put the first coat on the top and bottom hull units.also seen the verlinden modern Jerry can set in 120mm and it includes 3 IDF type cans so will get two sets of them so I have the right type on the tank.so that's it for now wIll post some photos as soon as the parts are on.TA-TA for now.
